PROCESS
WE AIM TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE PAYROLL SERVICE
The first stage in the process is submitting your timesheet to your agency. Once this has been processed your agency will normally advise us of the time processed and the gross payment to be transferred over.
Upon receipt of funds we will aim to pay you your funds minus agreed deductions within 2 hours of initial receipt.
We will process you through our payroll and issue payslips to the candidates.

We try to make signup as quick and easy as possible. In some cases we work with your agency to take a lot of the stress away from yourself but our general application process is relatively short.
Provided we have all your details generally an hour after receipt of the information you are setup on our systems ready for payment.
By law we offer a workplace pension and our associated provider for this is SMART pensions. Upon signup you will receive an email from them advising you of your pension status. If you wish to opt out this has to be done by the candidate we do not have the ability to opt individuals out of the scheme.
Generally we pay in GBP however upon request we may be able to operate multiple currency payments although certain conditions may apply.
We work with multiple agencies so if your not sure please ask. If we don’t currently we will aim to pass compliance with them.
